What it is
Private label means your brand on a garment produced in our atelier. We develop the pattern, sample until it is right, then produce to that approved pattern so a repeat order matches the first one.
What is included
- Pattern development and grading
- Sampling until approval
- Costing per piece before production
- Your label, tags and packing
- Archived pattern for repeat orders
How it works
Briefing
We agree the piece, the fabric, the target price and the volume per cycle.
Pattern and sampling
A pattern is drafted and samples are produced until the fit and finish are approved.
Costing and schedule
Final cost per piece and a delivery date are confirmed against the approved sample.
Production
Cutting, sewing and finishing under your label, with the pattern archived for repeats.
Frequent questions
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the fabric lot and the number of sizes; we state the minimum at briefing, and first runs can be small.
Who supplies the fabric?
Usually we do, from our suppliers. You may also supply your own fabric, and we quote cut and sew only.
How long does development take?
Pattern and first sample typically take a few weeks, depending on the complexity of the piece.
