What it is
A suitcase is judged at the points that fail: wheels, handle and zip. Shell material decides weight and impact behaviour, but the running gear decides whether the case survives a second year of use.
What is included

How it works
Use and frequency
We separate occasional holiday use from weekly travel, because the second needs a different grade of wheel and handle entirely.
Shell and size
We match hard or soft shell and cabin or hold size to how you travel and to current carrier limits.
Running gear
We check wheel bearings, handle stage count and play, and zip gauge, which is where cheap cases give themselves away.
Warranty registration
We register the warranty and explain which parts are serviceable rather than disposable.
Frequent questions
Hard shell or soft shell?
Hard shells protect contents better and clean easily. Soft shells absorb impact, expand and have external pockets. Frequent flyers with fragile contents lean hard, everyone else is fine either way.
Two wheels or four?
Four wheels roll effortlessly on smooth floors and are easier on the wrist. Two larger wheels handle rough pavement and kerbs far better.
Are repairs possible?
On serviceable models, yes: wheels, handles and feet are replaceable parts. We confirm parts availability before you buy, because a case with no spares is disposable.
