What it is
Private label production means we manufacture under the customer brand: their label, their specification, their packaging. The customer owns the brand and the design decisions, and we own the production, the quality control and the delivery date.
What is included
- Technical sheet developed from the brief
- Physical prototype with revision rounds
- Sealed approved reference sample
- Pilot run before full production
- Inspection report against the sample
How it works
Technical sheet
We convert the idea into a technical sheet: materials, dimensions, hardware, stitching and label placement, with nothing left implied.
Prototype
We build a physical prototype and revise it until the customer approves and signs off a sealed reference sample.
Pilot run
We run a small batch to confirm the process holds at production speed before committing the full quantity.
Production and inspection
We produce against the sealed sample, inspect by sampling plan and report results before dispatch.
Frequent questions
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the model and on the materials, since some components have their own minimums. We state the minimum for your specific product before the prototype stage.
Who owns the design?
The customer owns their brand and any design they bring. Designs we develop specifically for a customer are theirs under the production agreement.
How long from brief to delivery?
Prototyping and approval usually take longer than production itself. We give a dated schedule once the technical sheet is closed.
